Protest organizer, Johnny Navarro @itsssjohnnyy, and others chant, “Joe Biden, Cuba needs your help” at the Freedom Tower in downtown Miami.
Johnny and his grandmother, Teresa, drove from Clewiston, FL to protest in support of the ongoing crisis in Cuba. The protest is expected to last all day past sunset. Johnny and other organizers expect a large crowd of marchers en route from Miami’s Calle Ocho, this evening.
Johnny mentioned that this particular protest is important because “today is celebrated as the Day of Revolution in Cuba (July 26, 1953), so we’re here to denounce this day and continue to protest against the oppression of our people.” July 26, 2021
